All of our turbochargers that we rebuild for GM trucks are Ultra Sonically cleaned, inspected for cracks, signs of heat stress and then measured to be within the specs for assembly. Any surfaces that your General Motors turbocharger require to be refinished/squared are performed on our In House CNC machines. All of our GMC turbochargers are rebuilt using components that are at or above OEM quality. All of our GM turbochargers are Dual Plane Digitally/Computer balanced to ensure smooth operation and long life.
