All rebuilds are completed using premium components and in many cases are upgraded to 360 degree thrust bearings.
All Turbochargers are Inspected for alignment, shafts are inspected for wear and run out. Housings are inspected for cracks and surfaces are trued (on our own In House CNC Machines) if required.
Proper seals meeting or exceeding OEM specifications are installed. Proper seal fitment is tested and verified.
The turbocharger is Dual Plane balanced.
After it passes Quality Control inspection, the Turbocharger is stamped with a Serial number that identifies its final specifications and all the parts installed in the rebuild and upgrade (if performed) are recorded to its history file.

Dual plane Digital Computerized balancing is performed in house and on every turbocharger we build to ensure long life and smoother than factory operation.
Don’t get fooled by those cheap billet impellers you see online, we bought them and were disappointed. In our own test vehicle, not a single one made more power than a stock cast impeller. Most spooled up slower and in one case we lost 3 lbs of boost compared to a stock impeller!
